I still believe that Trevor Knight was not permitted to full access to the entire playbook of the Oklahoma Sooners. It is almost like the brain trust was saying Blake Bell is who we truly want running our offense.
I think I noticed OU only ran the “Bell Dozer” two times in the game, and it did not look right. The almost unstoppable Bell of yesteryear looked out of sink and, yes, pudgy.
True, he surpassed Sam Bradford's first game passing records, but he missed wide open receivers running free down the middle of the field, and then we did not see Kendell Thompson play in the game.

For the second week in a row, the Poteau Pirates won an ugly game. Even though it was not as hot as before, it was humid, and muscle cramps were rampant. One thing I heard in the Tulsa-Oklahoma game is the Sooners have a nutriounist that checks each player's fluid and electrolyte level in practice and games. They said not a single Sooner has cramped in any of the three games.
