OKLAHOMA CITY — In a rematch of last year's National Basketball Association Finals, the Miami Heat visited the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night at Chesapeake Energy Arena, already owning a win at home earlier in the season.
LeBron James set an NBA record with 30-plus points and 60-plus percent shooting over the past six games, and was looking to extend that streak.
On the other hand, the Thunder was trying to bounce back after a tough outing Tuesday night at Utah. Although the Thunder was able to stop James' streak of 60-percent shooting, he continued his 30-plus scoring with 39 points and led the Heat to a convincing 110-100 victory over the Thunder in the final game before the All-Star Break.
