October 18, 2013

The most important race for the Heavener High School cross country teams will be Saturday.
The Lady Wolves and Wolves will run in the Class 3A Regional Meet, which will begin at noon Saturday at Henryetta.
The top seven teams automatically qualify all team members to next weekend's Class 3A State Meet at Shawnee's Gordon Cooper Vo-Tech Center.
After that, the next top seven individuals not on one of the seven state-qualifying teams will earn at-large bids to state.
