Heavener falls in season finale to Eufaula

November 10, 2013

HEAVENER — While the Heavener Wolves had no hope of making any hope of making the playoffs, the Eufaula Ironheads still had a shot. They needed a win and then they needed the stars to line up in the right sequence, but it didn't happen.
Roland routed Valliant 40-7 to keep the Ironheads from making the playoffs.
Heavener and Eufaula labored through three quarters and then scored three touchdowns in a row. The Ironheads struck for an 86-yard touchdown pass to seal the deal as the Ironheads won the game by the score of 15-7 Friday night at Harvey Stadium.
