HEAVENER — A year ago, the Stigler Lady Panthers stunned the Heavener Lady Wolves on their home field to win the Class 3A District Tournament. The Lady Wolves made sure that did not happen this year.
The Lady Wolves swept the Eufaula Lady Ironheads by scores of 8-0 and 9-0 Thursday to win the Class 3A District Tournament.
Heavener (26-8) will find out Monday afternoon where, who and when they will play in the Class 3A Regional Tournament.
