POCOLA — The Pocola Indians faced the Heavener Wolves in the last scrimmage of the 2013 football preseason Friday night at John Carter Field with the Indians scoring four times to the Wolves' one.
The Indians found the end zone first on their sixth play of the scrimmage. Quarterback Johnny Saterfield hit senior receiver Kyle Highley for a 60-yard touchdown on a sprint-left play.
On the very next play, Saterfield found De'Aundre Wilkins open on the right side, who raced to paydirt completing back-to-back TDs for the Indians.
The Wolves' lone touchdown came on their seventh play of the night. Heavener quarterback Dillan Stallings found receiver Rogelio Serrano streaking down the left sideline for a 49-yard pitch-and-catch score.
The Indians' defense held the Wolves to just one score for the night. Wilkins picked off Stallings on the second play for the Wolves as he weaved through would-be tacklers for 40 yards and the pick-six.
