MULDROW â€” The Poteau Pirates baseball team may have let the Muldrow Bulldogs know what it will be like next week in the Class 4A District Tournament at Town Creek Park.
The Pirates perhaps gave a prelude of things to come with a 13-4 road win over the â€™Dogs on Thursday afternoon.
The Pirates, who led 2-0 after an inning, put the game away with a 10-run second inning, for a 12-0 lead.

With the game tied at 4 in the second inning, the Mustangs scored four runs in their second inning, then added four more runs in the fourth inning.

In Heavener's win over Idabel, Colby McGee, who got the win, and Corry Duncan combined to two-hit the host Warriors.

In Panama's victory over Sallisaw-Central, the Hogs run ruled the Tigers in four innings.
