ARKOMA — The Howe High School basketball teams got a sweep of the Arkoma squads Friday night at the Arkoma Gym.
The Lady Lions had a tussle for about 2.5 quarters before using their 14 3-point baskets to enable them to pull away for a 72-49 win over the Lady Mustangs.
In the boys' game, the Lions proved to be too much for the Mustangs as Howe beat Arkoma 57-34.
