Jonathan H. Carden, 29, of Fort Smith,
Ark., died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, in Fort
Smith. Jonathan was born in Fort Smith on
Nov. 3, 1981 to Randall W. and Donna
(Chestine) Carden. He was preceded in death
by his half brother, Henry Joe Harrison; stepbrother,
Chris Carden; and maternal grandparents,
Margie and Leon Drake.
Survivors include his wife, Tabatha (Langston) Allison
of Fort Smith; daughter, Cassie Carden of Roland; son,
Corbin Adam Carden; mother, Donna Carden Eller of
Poteau; father, Randy Carden of Covington, Ga.; brother,
Jordan Carden of Van Buren, Ark.; step-brother, Allen
Carden of Brooks, Ga.; paternal grandfather, George W. and
wife, Judy Carden of Locust Grove, Ga.; paternal grandmother
of Brooks, Ga.; numerous aunts, uncles, family and
friends; and his extended Henry Harrison family of Spiro.
Services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 4, at Evans
Chapel of Memories, Poteau, with the Revs. Jim Cook and
Jim Kolb officiating. Pallbearers will be Chris McCoy,
Aaron McCoy, Jeff McCoy, Brad Royston, Jason Crase
and Tyler Crase. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery,
Poteau.
The family will be at the funeral home Monday from
6-8 p.m. to visit with relatives and friends.
