Jury selection begins

Jury selection begun in trail against Aaron Ray Wesley Hinson today in LeFlore County District Court. Opening arguments should begin on Tuesday.
Hinson was charged in 2009 with the murder of an infant child after the child succumbed to injuries received while in Hinson's care.
According to the affidavit, Hinson is accused of causing a skull fracture and bruises to his girlfriend's infant son. Hinson and the infant's mother were both charged with the Child's death.

I do not know whether it was a murder or an accident but nevertheless the parents are to blame for bad care. Looking after a child is a great responsibility, any mistake may lead to fatal consequences. I am sure the parents were aware of it.
