Kiamichi Economic Development searching for vendors

The Kiamichi Economic Development District of Oklahoma Area Agency on Aging is accepting Requests for Proposals from interested vendors to provide respite and health promotion services to persons age 60 and older in Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, McCurtain, Pittsburg and Pushmataha counties.
 The following services will be considered for funding: The National Family Caregivers Supportive Services on Respite Care for Caregivers and Respite Care for Grandparents Raising Grandchildren. Also being funded are disease prevention and health promotion services for evidence-based programs.
RFP may be obtained at KEDDO, 1002 Highway 2 North, Wilburton, OK 74578, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
 A proposers conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. March 14 at the same office. Interested vendors must be present to be considered for funding. Completed RFPs must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., Friday, April 5. Proposals must contain all service components relating to the proposals.
