Lady Vikings announce last wave of signees; among them is a former Heavener Lady Wolf

Carl Albert State College Lady Vikings basketball coach Jeff Tadtman would like to announce the commitments of Kamber Vasquez along with Courtney Flemming, Breonna Johnson and Tazzie Shaw to play basketball for the Lady Vikings for the 2013-14 season.
Vasquez is a 5-8 freshman shooting guard from Heavener. To be able to continue playing basketball was important to Vasquez.
“Originally, I wanted to move far off,” the former Lady Wolf said. “I talked to coach Tadtman, and he said that I could walk on here at CASC. My main priority is basketball. I wanted to get the chance to play and give myself a better chance for the future.”
