Lady Vikings win OT thriller over Jefferson County

Fort Smith (Ark.) Northside's Bria Caldwell's 19 points and game tying 3-point basket at the end of regulation proved to be the difference in the Carl Albert State College Lady Vikings' 73-69 overtime win over Jefferson County, Mo.,  on Saturday afternoon in the final day of the State Fair Classic in Sedalia, Mo.
The next game for the Lady Vikings is the home opener and homecoming at 6 p.m. Thursday against the Bacone College junior varsity at Mick Thompson Fieldhouse.
Then, the Lady Vikings will be in the Northark Classic in Harrison, Ark. They will play Crowder, Mo. at 5:30 p.m. Friday and host North Arkansas at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
