Linda Sue Barnes, 67, of Cameron died Sunday, November 4, 2012 in Poteau. Linda was born Aug. 30, 1945, in Bishop, Va., to Benjamin Harold and Martha Jane (Mathena) Cunningham. She was a seamstress and worked for many years at the Western Shirt factory “Flyer Garment.” She was preceded in death by her parents and stepdaughter, Vanessa Barnes.
Survivors include her husband, Leon of the home; stepsons, Terry Barnes of Cameron, Michael Barnes of Cameron, and Craig Barnes of Pocola; six step-grandchildren, Clay, Aron, Carrie, Cody, Jason, Jana; seven step-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Shirley Goforth and Mary Farrar of Cameron, Jeanie and Jim Evans of Fort Smith, Ark.; nieces and nephews, Tim and Susan Cannon, Angie and Mike Carter, Connie Horton, Bria Horton of Cameron, Karen and Mike Moore of Little Rock, Ark., David and Donna Evans of Dardenelle, Ark., Jeanette Fuller of Conway, Ark., Claudette Alexander of Star City, Ark.; great nieces and nephews, Zachary and Grace Clain of Tahlequah, Ryan Carter, Lexi Carter of Cameron, Ember Mitchell, Tyler Cannon, Terry Cannon, Dustin Cannon of Cameron, Nikki and Mark Brown of Cameron; aunt, Mary Alice Moore of Conway, Ark.; other relatives and loved ones. 
Services will be held at 2 p.m.Tuesday, Nov. 6, at First Baptist Church in Pocola with the Rev. Daniel Clark officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery, Pocola. Pallbearers will be Terry Barnes, Mike Barnes, Craig Barnes, Jason Barnes, Clay Barnes and Cody Barnes.
