Lottie Glenn Goodwin

Lottie “Dude” Goodwin, 84, of Cameron died Monday, Feb. 10, 2014, in Cameron. She was born July 17, 1929, in Tahlequah to Lonnie and Ida Martin. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Lottie was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness Church in Poteau. She had an infectious laugh and was a joy to everyone who knew her. Her loss leaves a void in the lives of her loved ones that nothing can ever fill.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Raymond Martin.
Lottie is survived by her husband, Thomas “Thee” Goodwin of the home; sons, David Goodwin of Kapitan, N.M., Daniel Goodwin of Lewisville, Texas, Marcus Goodwin of Springdale, Ark., and Keith Goodwin of Cameron; a daughter, Beth Turner of Heavener; 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Edith Hale and Luveda Baggs both of Poteau; a brother, Leon Owen of Blue Eye, Mo.; and a host other family members, friends and loved ones.
Service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 13, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel in Poteau with Pete Philippi officiating. Burial will be Fair Hill Cemetery, Cameron. The family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
