Lucille D. Olive

Lucille D. Olive, 96, of Poteau died Sunday, March 2, 2014, in Poteau. Lucille was born December 27, 1917 in Bengal to Joe and Grace (Walling) Davis. She was a beautician. Lucille was a member of the First Baptist Church in Poteau.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Ann “Pat” Olive of Santa Rosa, Calif.; four nieces, Nadine Brissey, Karen Cole, Susan Davis, Adeana Kracke; five nephews, Larry Joe Curry, Joe Russell Davis, Mike Davis and David Davis, John Davis; other relatives and loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Buck Olive; three sisters, Gertrude Boren, Mary Mountain, Joann Curry; three brothers, Clarence Davis, Booth Davis and Ross Davis.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, with the Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home.
