Man accused of child sexual abuse must submit DNA sample

James Haskin Jr., 61, of Monroe, has been court ordered to provide a DNA sample for comparison in a case of child sexual abuse.

District Judge Jon Sullivan has granted a motion filed by the LeFlore County District Attorney's Office asking for James Haskin Jr., 61, of Monroe, to submit a DNA sample.
According to the motion, evidence collected at the crime scene, where Haskin allegedly sexually abused multiple children, has been analyzed and confirmed as seminal fluids.
The DNA sample from Haskin will be used to determine if he is a match to the fluids.
Haskin is scheduled to appear in court next week.
