PANAMA — Just one week ago, the Panama Razorbacks lost 53-34 to the Cameron Yellowjackets at the Cameron Gym. Monday night, the Hogs avenged that loss at the Panama Gym.
Thanks to a strong third quarter, the Razorbacks upset the ’Jackets 59-51.
Trailing 26-20 at halftime, the Hogs outscored the Yellowjackets in the third quarter by 10 points, 23-13 — which gave Panama a 43-39 lead going into the final period.
McCurtain 94, Bokoshe 40: In Bokoshe, the good news in Monday night's regular-season finale for the Tigers against the Bulldogs at Bokoshe Tigers Fieldhouse was they hit a season high in offensive output. But the bad news was they still fell short to the Bulldogs.
The ’Dogs jumped out to a 33-13 lead after one period to take control of the game.
Wister 60, Arkoma 45: In Arkoma, the Wildcats jumped out to a 13-6 lead after one period en route to a 30-12 halftime advantage.
Heavener 66, Stigler 53: In Stigler, the Wolves bounced back from their Friday night loss and took their frustration out on the Panthers. Heavener led 14-6 after one period and pretty much kept Stigler at bay from there on.
Wilburton 42, Heavener 27: Friday night in Wilburton, the Diggers put the Wolves behind 8-1 after one period. After Heavener cut the deficit to 17-15 by halftime, Wilburton enjoyed a 25-12 second half to keep the lead.
