WISTER — After being rained out in their season openers Friday in Red Oak's three-way with Fort Towson, the Wister Wildcats came back with a vengeance as they swept a doubleheader from the Cameron Yellowjackets by scores of 11-4 and 12-0 — the latter being a four-inning, run-rule contest — Monday afternoon.
Leflore 17, Kinta 5: In Leflore, the Savages (1-1) got their first win of the season.
Smithville 8, Whitesboro 7: In Whitesboro, the Braves rallied from a 7-5 deficit to get the win, thanks to a three-run sixth inning.
McCurtain 11, Howe 10: In McCurtain, the Bulldogs rallied from a 10-4 deficit in the fourth inning with five runs in the fourth inning and two runs in the fifth to get the win.
