ARKOMA — A three-run seventh inning broke a 1-all tie to lead the Cameron Lady Yellowjackets to a 4-1 win over the Arkoma Mustangs on Monday afternoon.
Each team scored once in the third inning.
Heavener 9, Howe 1: In Howe, the Lady Wolves scored three runs in the first inning to take the lead for good.
Pocola 6, Muldrow 4: In Pocola, the Lady Indians used home runs by Taylor Farley and Sarah Eddins to down the Lady Bulldogs.
With the game tied at 3, Pocola scored three runs in the fourth inning to take a 6-3 lead.
Talihina 2, Smithville 1; Battiest 2, Talihina 1: In Talihina, Miriam McCurtain's RBI triple in the sixth inning scored Malacha Austin with the game-winning run to get the Lady Golden Tigers, which lost a heartbreaker to the other McCurtain County team faced on the day.
Talihina's Tuesday afternoon game at Idabel was canceled due to lack of transportation.
Wister 10, Hartshorne 0: In Hartshorne, the Lady Wildcats had a 3-0 lead by the second inning, then put the game away with a seven-run seventh inning.
