Monday's High School Softball Roundup

HEAVENER — The Heavener Lady Wolves softball team picked up right where it left off after Thursday's Class 3A District Tournament championship.
The Lady Wolves posted a 14-0 victory over the Howe Lady Lions on Monday afternoon.
The Lady Wolves scored four runs in the first inning, and five runs in each of the next two innings to win the game by run rule.
Pocola 8, Wilburton 2: In Pocola, the Lady Indians jumped out to a 3-0 lead after an inning en route to a 5-0 advantage at the end of two innings.
Editor's note: Panama's games Monday at Henryetta with Dale did not take place. Also, Tuesday's three-way with Panama and Sequoyah-Tahlequah at Red Oak did not take place.
