HEAVENER — The Heavener Lady Wolves softball team got a pair of wins on its home field on Monday, beating the Cameron Lady Yellowjackets 7-2 and the Whitesboro Lady Bulldogs 17-0.
The middle game went to the Lady ’Jackets, 8-1 over the Lady Bulldogs.
Wister 8, Buffalo Valley 2: In Buffalo Valley, having to move the game from Wister to Buffalo Valley did not bother the Lady Wildcats a bit.
Wister broke a scoreless tie with a three-run third inning for a 3-0 lead.
After the Lady Buffaloes cut the deficit to 3-2 after four innings, the Lady ’Cats scored twice in the fifth and sixth innings to put away the game.
