WISTER — Kyla Brown's RBI double scored Hunter Gibson in the seventh inning to break a tie to give the Wister Lady Wildcats a 2-1 victory over the Poteau Lady Pirates on Monday afternoon.
Pocola 10, Arkoma 1: In Pocola, the Lady Indians jumped out to a 2-0 lead after an inning and had a 3-0 advantage after two.
Cameron 9, Panama 8, 8 inn.: In Cameron, the Lady Yellowjackets scored twice in the eighth to snatch the win away from the Lady Razorbacks, who took a 8-7 lead in the top of the inning.
Leflore 10, Buffalo Valley 9: In Leflore, the Lady Savages rallied from a 9-4 deficit with a six-run sixth inning for a 10-9 victory.
Howe 9, McCurtain 0: In Howe, Morgan Hillebrand got the complete-game victory for the Lady Lions as she struck out six.
Heavener 8, Quinton 1: In Quinton, the Lady Wolves scored single runs in the first, third and sixth innings for a 3-0 lead.
Spiro 3, Sallisaw 2: In Sallisaw, the Lady Bulldogs broke a scoreless tie with a two-run third inning for a 2-0 lead, which they never relinquished although the Lady Black Diamonds cut their deficit to a single run twice — the last time being at 3-2 in the sixth inning.
Whitesboro 10, Clayton 1: In Clayton, in a battle of Lady Bulldogs, Whitesboro jumped out to a 3-0 lead after an inning, which became 4-0 at the end of two.
