NEWLY UPDATED SCHEDULE: Several of Monday, Saturday, Friday games canceled due to rain, wet fields; Carl Albert's home softball doubleheader canceled; Lady Vikings hit road today

March 13, 2012

Sunday's rain canceled a lot of Monday afternoon's baseball and softball games due to wet fields.
The Cameron-Panama softball game and Leflore's softball game at Clayton were all canceled on Monday due to wet fields. The Cameron-Panama game will not be made up, while no make-up date for the Leflore-Clayton game has been scheduled at this time.
Howe's softball action at Red Oak was canceled because the Lady Eagles joined Heavener to form a three-way at McCurtain on Monday.
Panama's home baseball game Monday against Whitesboro was canceled due to wet fields, and will not be rescheduled. Also, Monday's Talihina-Howe game was canceled due to wet fields at Lions Field, and will likely not be rescheduled.
Leflore's baseball road game Monday at Panola was canceled due to wet fields, but Leflore Coach Tony Marris was trying to schedule a game with Battiest to fill the void. Also, the Savages' road game Friday at Crowder was canceled due to wet fields from Thursday's rain. This game has not been rescheduled at this time.
Also, Talihina's road game Saturday at Colbert was canceled, with no make-up date known at this time.
The Carl Albert State College women's softball team had Monday's home doubleheader against Northeast Texas canceled, with no make-up date scheduled at this time. The Lady Vikings will play a road twinbill at 1 p.m. this afternoon in Little Rock, Ark., against Arkansas Baptist.
