NOC-Enid teams sweep CASC basketball teams; Carl Albert teams in Region II Tournament play-in games on the road Monday night

March 3, 2012

The regular seasons ended on a down note for the Carl Albert State College basketball teams Thursday night at the Mabee Center in Enid.
Despite getting 19 points each from Adrion Webber and Jaymere Hadden, it wasn't enough for the Vikings as they lost 79-69 to Northern Oklahoma College-Enid Jets.
Shelby Trozzi's 19 points was not enough for the Lady Vikings to upset the ninth-ranked NOC-Enid Lady Jets, who prevailed 97-44.
Both teams will be in play-in games for the main draw of the 2012 Region II Tournament on Monday night. The Lady Vikings will travel to meet the Western Oklahoma State College Lady Pioneers at 6 p.m. in Altus, while the Vikings will face Northeastern Oklahoma A&M at 7 p.m. in Miami, Okla.
