Officers bid farewell to fallen canine partner

Panama Police dog, Creed, was honored during a memorial service Wednesday morning.

Panama Police Officer Andy Bevil and several others said farewell to Creed, police dog and Bevil's partner during a memorial service held Wednesday morning at the Panama First Baptist Church.
Creed was found murdered at Bevil's residence on Aug. 5. His murder is still under investigation.
Members of the Fort Smith Police Department's Honor Guard and canine unit were present to honor his memory.
There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for Creed's death.
