OK Foods union battle will continue

OK Foods defeated workers' attempt to hold an election to decide whether or not to unionize.
On Friday [May 2] United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1000 said they will file objections immediately against OK Foods over the company’s conduct during and leading up to a union election held May 1 for maintenance and refrigeration workers, according to a union spokesman.
UFCW alleges OK Foods used unfair labor practices "including coercion, intimidation and lies to interfere with workers exercising their federal right to freely choose a union to represent them."
