Panama has big 2A-6 game at home Friday with Hugo

October 24, 2013

An old adage says that the biggest game is the next one. That is so true for the Panama Razorbacks football team.
The Razorbacks (5-2, 3-1 in District 2A-6) will try to win their third straight game when they entertain the Hugo Buffaloes (5-2, 1-2) at 7:30 p.m. Friday at George Ollie Stadium. The winner will likely solidify a playoff game for Week 11.
“We calculated that if we win, we'll definitely be in the playoffs, no worse than the third or fourth spot,” Panama coach Brandon Ellis said. “It's a huge game for both teams because they believe they have playoff hopes also. Huge implications are on this game.”
