Panama looks to get first win of season Friday night at Warner

September 12, 2012

The first two games for the Panama Razorbacks football team has been different. In their home opener Aug. 30 at George Ollie Stadium, they led for half before losing 35-19.
Last week, the homestanding Roland Rangers took to the Hogs in a 44-0 loss.
The Razorbacks (0-2) are hoping third time's the charm when they travel to meet the Warner Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
“We're hungry for one,” said Brandon Ellis, Panama's second-year coach. “I think that when they ran the opening kickoff back for a touchdown, that broke our spirits and our will to win.”'
To Get There — Take U.S. 59 north to Sallisaw. Take Interstate 40 west to Warner.
