According to Panama police officer Mark Jiminez, he responded to the call of an altercation between two men at a home on the corner of Broadway and McCurtain Streets after 11 p.m. Jiminez said two men at the home had been drinking alcoholic beverages when one man later identified as Saul Silos, 43, allegedly got angry. According to Jiminez, Saul Silos, used a knife to cut the other man across his chest.
