The Brandon Ellis Era for Panama High School football did not start the way all Razorback fans would have liked, losing 44-6 to Spiro Sept. 1 at McClain Stadium.
Tonight, however, the Hogs (0-1) hope home-field advantage will help as they welcome the Roland Rangers to town for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff at George Ollie Stadium.
“It's always good to play at home,” said Ellis, who is in his first season after coaching at Gore. “It's going be a big home opener for us. We anticipate a big crowd. We had a great crowd at Spiro. Playing at home is a lot better atmosphere.”
