Panama Businesses and Associates is looking to showcase local performers during its second annual talent contest.

Panama Businesses and Associates is looking to showcase local performers during its second annual talent contest.
The organization will hold the PBA Talent Contest at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 27, in the Panama Elementary School cafeteria.
The contest is open to all ages and talent categories including singing, dance, comedy, magic, etc. There will be three age divisions: 3-12 years old, 13-17 years old, and 18 and older. Winners will receive cash prizes and a plaque provided by AES Shady Point and Panama Hardware.
There will also be a crowd pleaser award given to the participant with the most monetary votes the night of the show. Boxes displaying the names of the contestants will be available during the show and audience members can fill their favorite performer’s box throughout the competition. The performer with the most money at the end of the competition will receive the Crowd Pleaser award and half of the money raised.
There is no charge to enter the competition. Official rules and sign-up sheets are available at Central National Bank in Panama and Panama Hardware. Deadline to sign-up will be Friday, April 19.
Admission will be $5 at the gate. There will also be concessions available.
