Pocola expects rushing attack from Haileyville Warriors tonight

September 7, 2012

Last week, the Pocola Indians saw a plethora of passes against Tulsa Regent Prep, but this week they will likely see just the opposite when they travel to meet the Haileyville Warriors at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
“Haileyville is going to be a good challenge for us,” said Rick Lang, Pocola's coach. “This is going to be a more physical game. Last week, we saw an offense that threw on most downs. This week, we're going to see a team that likes to run on almost every down. They have three backs who run extremely hard. I think we're quite capable of going there and being more physical than they are. It's going to be a good challenge for us.”
To Get There — Take Oklahoma State Highway 112 south to Poteau. Take U.S. 271 south to Wister. Take U.S. 270 west to Haileyville.
