STILLWATER — As any team approaches a big game, it wants to be playing well. It would appear as if the Oklahoma State Cowboys are doing just that.
After a 44-30 loss to Kansas State on Nov. 3, the Cowboys have eclipsed the 50-point mark in their last two games — a 55-34 win over West Virginia on Nov. 10 and Saturday afternoon's 59-21 rout of Texas Tech, both games being played at Boone Pickens Stadium.
“It was a very complete game,” said Mike Gundy, OSU's coach. “Last week [in the West Virginia game], I thought we were good in all three phases of the game, and we were even better [on Saturday] in all three phases.”
