Polished Professional seminar set Friday

REI Women’s Business Center & The Poteau Chamber presents the  7th  Annual Women’s Bizz Conference in Poteau - "The Polished Professional – Secrets to Passion, Purpose, and Style."
This year there will be a Conference Schedule with three great ladies and special guest Poteau Police Department.
Speakers include:
Connie Visitacion is the owner of Believe It! Achieve It!
She offers areas of self-development strategies to empower a person with success. She is also a powerful communicator, team builder and time manager.
Kay Byrd, Personal Development Coach
Kay is your trusted neighbor, girlfriend, sister and go-to style expert who works with you for that special day, job interview, promotion.
She is very passionate about sharing style suggestions, secrets and how-to’s that make a woman taller, smaller and fabulously brilliant.
You will hear her tips of do’s and don’ts from her experience as a professional model from Oklahoma that is featured on the Home Shopping Network.
Lea is the Vice President of Student Affairs at Carl Albert State College.
She has worked in the college setting for over 21 years and enjoys working with college students. Lea is currently working on her Doctorate at Oklahoma State University. She will help attendees be better at time prioritizing their lives by learning to “let go and say No.”
Lt. Greg Russell will speak to the group about  “ Using Awareness & Women’s Safety.” Poteau PD will demonstrate basic moves and things to expect during an attack.
The event will be held Friday from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Donald W Reynolds Center in Poteau. Cost is $25 per person. You can register online at www.reiwbc.org.
