Poteau girls golf team, individual capture Tahlequah Invitational

TAHLEQUAH — It was a sweep for the Poteau Lady Pirates golf team Thursday at the Tahlequah Invitational.
The Lady Pirates bested the field of teams to win the team championship with a score of 375.
Sophomore Hannah Ward was the top medalist in the tournament after firing a 74.
Cathleen Manlove and Addie Guthrie each carded 98s, followed by Paitton Callery with a 105 and Skylynn Terry with a 106.
The Lady Pirates will take Spring Break off, then return to action at 9 a.m. March 26 at the McAlester Invitational.
