Poteau girls run rule Westville in district tournament tune-up game; Lady Pirates will welcome Muldrow Lady Bulldogs to town this afternoon for Class 4A District Tournament

The Poteau Lady Pirates softball team will enter this afternoon's Class 4A District Tournament in fine fashion after they run ruled the Westville Lady Yellowjackets 9-1 Tuesday afternoon.
The Lady Pirates (27-7) will entertain the Muldrow Lady Bulldogs beginning at 4 p.m. this afternoon in the Class 4A District Tournament. Whoever wins the best-of-3 series will be the district champion, and move on to next week's regional tournament.
