Poteau JH wrestlers fourth at Tahlequah Duals Tournament

TAHLEQUAH — The Poteau junior high wrestlers came in fourth place at last weekend's Tahlequah Duals Tournament.
Poteau went 2-1-1 in the event, beating host Tahlequah (52-24) and Muskogee (39-25), but losing to McAlester (54-24). In the dual to decide third place, Poteau tied Catoosa at 38, but the Indians won the tiebreaker which was a penalty point suffered by Poteau.
Representing Poteau in the event were Dale Wright, Rae Hendrix, Juan Martinez, Ross Johnson, Nate Ulmer, Justin Neff, Jarrett Lilley, Jake Gullick, Chris Wood, Ian Corly, Lane Maggard, Cole Adams, Dakota James and Bryson Terry.
