CAMERON — The Poteau Pirates baseball team was voted the top seed of the 2013 LeFlore County Tournament, which will begin Monday at three sites around the county.
The Spiro Bulldogs, last year's runners-up and the 2011 champions, are the second seed, with the defending county champion Wister Wildcats the third seed and the Heavener Wolves the fourth seed.
Tournament host Cameron is the fifth seed, followed by Leflore, Pocola, Whitesboro, Panama, Howe and Arkoma.
Two teams — Bokoshe and Talihina — will not be in the tournament field.
