While the Poteau High School basketball teams were using the main stage for their home games against Muldrow on Tuesday night at Sherman Floyd Fieldhouse, the Poteau wrestling team used the back gym for a home dual with the Keys (Park Hill) Cougars.
The Pirates did not let the smaller confines bother them as they handled the Cougars 57-15.
The junior high dual was also won by Poteau by a score of 60-20.
The Pirates will return to action Friday and Saturday at the Maverick Conference Tournament in Wagoner. Action will begin at noon Friday.
