PYWC members do well at Locust Grove; Poteau Pirates will entertain Keys (Park Hill) on Tuesday night at Sherman Floyd Fieldhouse

LOCUST GROVE GRAPPLERS — Several Poteau Youth Wrestling Club members competed last weekend at the Locust Grove Tournament. LOCUST GROVE — Several Poteau Youth Wrestling Club members did well last weekend at the Locust Grove Tournament.
In the first session of action in novice division, Drew Moro placed first, while five others placed in the first session in the open division. Bryson Terry placed first, Jarrett Lilley and Zane Hendrix were runners-up, Drew Moro was third and Rae Hendrix was fourth. Hayden Moro competed in the first session in the open division, but did not place.
In the second session of action in the open division, Ethan Carey was first, while three others placed in the second session of novice action. Tyler Fassio was second, Remington Reed third and Kason Terry fourth. Grant Thomas also competed in the second session of novice action, but did not place.
The Poteau Pirates will entertain the Keys (Park Hill) Cougars at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Sherman Floyd Fieldhouse. The junior high dual will begin at 6 p.m.
