2. Vote on approval of minutes of the March 5th Regular Board Meeting.
3. Vote on approval of payroll claims and purchase orders and the approval of the financial transactions of the Activity Fund Sub-Account and Expenditures.
4. Superintendent's report:
A. Parent teachers conference, April 23, 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
B. Teacher of the Year Nominees/Support Nominees
C. April and May School Events Calender
5. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve to participate in the Donated Foods Program for the 2012-2013 school year.
6. Discuss possible dates for school board review on school policy and student handbook.
7. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve the participation in the LeFlore County Special Education Co-Op for the 2012-2012 school year.
8. Consideration of and Approve or Not Approve the participation in the 2012 Seamless Summer Food Program.
9. Consideration of and Approve or Not Approve the 2012-2013 contract with Municipal Accounting Systems for student information, financial accounting, and cafeteria software for district wide services.
10. Discuss Teacher and Leadership Evaluation as mandated by Oklahoma State Department of Education.
11. Discuss interviewing of applicants for the school board vacancy, Office number 2.
12. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve the General Fund Supplemental number 6 for the 2011-2012 school year.

A. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve to employ Susan Harrison as certified teacher at the Juvenile Detention Center on a part time basis for the 2012-2013 school year.
B. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve to employ Linda Fry as certified teacher at the Juvenile Detention Center on a part time basis for the 2012-2013 school year.
C. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve the resignation of Caren Bradberry as Elementary Teacher at the end of this school year.
D. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve the resignation of Stacey Ingle, Maintenance, effective June 30, 2012.
E. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve the resignation of Anna Carlile as Teacher's Aide Indian Education at the end of this school year.
F. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve the resignation of Jean Goode as part time librarian aide at the end of this school year.
G. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve the resignation of Carol Martin as secondary librarian at the end of this school year.
H. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve the resignation of Trudy Judkins as Encumbrance Clerk effective June 30, 2012.
I. Consideration of and Vote to Approve or Not Approve to go into Executive Session under 25.O.A. 307(B)(1) to discuss school personnel for the 2012-2013 school year.
J. Vote to come out of Executive Session and back into regular session.
