Reita Jeanne Hardin, 74, of Poteau died Tuesday, March 6, 2012, in Poteau.
Reita was born April 6, 1937, in Fanshawe to T. Clyde and Lucille (Kellum) Hardin. She was a homemaker. Reita was a member of the Community of Christ Church in Fanshawe. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Betty Ann and James Bennett of Independence, Mo.; brother and sister-in-law,  Thomas B. and Sandra Hardin of Sherman, Texas; nieces and nephews, Karen and Jeff Brown of Blue Springs, Mo., Lori Hardin of Paris, Texas, Melissa and Mark Hale of Trenton, Texas, Alan and Jennifer Bennett of Independence, David and Melissa Bennett of Shawnee, Kan., Thomas B. Hardin Jr. of Sherman;  eight great-nieces and nephews.
 Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, with Greg McGowen and Jim Bennett officiating.  Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Poteau
