Rick Adams, 51, of Poteau, formerly of Van Buren, Ark., died Saturday, Feb. 23, in a local nursing home.
He is survived by his wife, Zenda, of the home; three daughters, Carrie Keith of Muldrow, Amanda Ryan of Van Buren and Brittany Adams of Alma, Ark.; two sisters, Susan Means of Fort Smith, Ark., and Mary Burkhart of Rudy, Ark.; three brothers, Tommy Adams of Ozark, Ark., Glenn Adams of Fort Smith and Wally Adams of Van Buren; and five grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, in Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial Sarah Grove Cemetery north of Van Buren.  Pallbearers will be Ben Montoya, Carlton Montoya, Tyler Adams, Tom Nelson, Loren Jones, Wayne Howard and Bruce Coombes.
 Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
