Shady Point man charged with rape

A Shady Point man is facing charges of second degree rape after he drove four juveniles from Arkansas to Shady Point.

A Shady Point man has been charged with second degree rape after he allegedly had a sexual encounter at his home.
Zachary Thomas Underwood, 20, of Shady Point, was charged after he reportedly picked up four juveniles in Arkansas and took them to his home in Shady Point.
According to the affidavit, Underwood provided the juveniles with alcohol and later he had sexual intercourse with one of them.
Underwood was arrested and has since been released on a $15,000 bond.
