Shirley Anderson Autry, 74, of Spiro died Friday, March 1, 2013, in Fort Smith, Ark.
Shirley was born March 22, 1938, in Poker Bend to Harve and Rose (Shoup) Anderson. She was a homemaker. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Emma Lawrence.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Autry of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Mona Lynn Autry of Stillwater and Steve Grimes of Oklahoma City, Donna Gail and Mike Faucher of Van Buren, Ark., Angela Ann and Darrell Timmons of Spiro; five grandchildren, Aaron, Steven, Michelle, Morgan, Shane; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jean and Willie Potts of Shady Point and Bonnie and Garland Turano of Sulphur, La.; four lifelong friends, Patricia Bell, Joy Kinsey, Gatha Tobler, and Nellie Bray; nieces, Judy Wench, Linda Lawrence, Annie Jones and Toni Marberry; nephews, Michael Turano, Gary Potts, Joe Potts, Royce Lawrence and Bob Lawrence.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with the Revs. Jim Cook and Eddie Blankenship officiating. Burial will be in Spiro City Garden of Memories, Spiro. Pallbearers will be Bob Stewart, Jim Mixon, Richard Carr, Bill Turner, Henry Tobler and Gary Potts.
Donations may be made to the Oklahoma Baptist Childrenâ€™s Home or the American Kidney Fund.
