Six two-golfer teams win titles at Spider Webb Invitational; Individual hits hole-in-one, earning $2,500 for feat

Six two-golfer teams won titles at this past weekend's Spider Webb Invitational at Choctaw Country Club.
Brad Risenhoover and Levi Molini won the championship flight with a two-day score of 63-65—128. Randall Wheat and John Spikes were second (66-63—129), while Jerry Holton and Kale Holton (61-71—132) won third place in a scorecard playoff with Zac Pool and Travis Warner (65-67—132).
In the president's flight, Lyle Whitworth and Lance Sconyers took first place (65-67—132), followed by Ronnie Burgess and Jon Sullivan (70-68—138) and Brian Roberts and Kevin Traywick (70-68—138).
Homer Oglesby and Russell Van Hook were the champions of the first flight with a score of 69-68—137, besting runners-up Clark Summers and Dallas Detweiler (69-70—139) and Johnny Burgess and Scotty White (66-73—139) by two shots.
In the second flight, Matt Hightower and Chris Dooley bested the field with a 71-73—144, beating Norm Clayborn and Clay Jack (70-74—144) on a scorecard playoff. Bokoshe High School Basketball/Softball coach Daniel Caldwell and Shane Whitekiller were third (74-71—145), also winning on a scorecard playoff over Max Manlove and Mick Thompson (71-74—145).
Mike Rose and Wade Hurst won the third-flight title with a 73-71—144. Joe Davison and Leflore High School Softball/Basketball Coach Heath McBeth were second (78-73—151), while Kenny McDonald and Everett Kannady were third (78-74—152).
In the fourth flight, Steve Bell and Danny Minor won top honors with a 71-71—142, beating the duo of Billy Terry and Jud Maxwell (72-71—143) by one shot. Matt Webb and Heavener High School Golf Coach Russ McDonald were third (70-77—147).
Jose Chavez was the lucky individual of the tournament as he hit a hole-in-one Saturday on hole No. 11, earning him $2,500. Witnessing the shot were his partner, Juan Barba, along with some other golfers whose names were not available at press time.
Mark Deason won a John Deere push mower as he had the shot which was closest to the pin on No. 2, also on Saturday.
