Spiro looks to rebound tonight against 2-0 Roland Rangers

September 16, 2011

The Spiro Bulldogs did not have as good a night in Week 2 as in Week 1.
After opening the season Sept. 1 with a 44-6 win over Panama at McClain Stadium, former Poteau Assistant Coach Rob Johnson's Muldrow Bulldogs handed Spiro its first loss of the season by a score of 32-16.
“I just feel like we took them too lightly,” Spiro Coach Chris Bunch said.
“They didn't prepare for them. They weren't focused in practice, and it showed up in the game. Hopefully, what happened last week will wake us up this week.”
