Spiro teams suffer losses to Siloam Springs in H.B. Stewart Classic

GREENWOOD, Ark. — Just a little less than 24 hours after the Spiro High School basketball teams opened their seasons with road wins Tuesday night at Eufaula, they suffered their first losses of the season.
The Bulldogs lost 73-48 and the Lady Bulldogs fell 64-45, both against Siloam Springs, Ark., on Wednesday at the H.B. Stewart Classic.
The ’Dogs and the Lady Bulldogs, after playing host Greenwood on Thursday night, will conclude their three-game stay in the event with games at 4 p.m. (girls) and 5:30 p.m. (boys) today against Ozark.
