Sunday Couple Scrambles at Wolf Ridge Golf Course will take place at 2 p.m. Sundays. The entry fee is $15 per person for the nine-hole weekly event.

The second annual Jugz-N-Nutz 7-3 coed softball tournament will take place Saturday at the Poteau Area Recreational Complex.
The entry fee is $150 per team.
The championship team will receive bats and t-shirts, the runners-up will receive a dozen softballs and t-shirts and the Most Valuable Player, both male and female, will receive a plaque and a t-shirt.
There will be a home run derby, with the winner receiving half his or her home run derby entry fee back and a plaque.

Anyone who is interested in coaching a Buccaneer Basketball team for the upcoming season needs to contact Billy Bond at (918) 647-1939.
The first-second grade coed league and the third-fourth grade boys league each needs two coaches.
